Chicken Alfredo Delight
- 1 Package of Pizza Crust Mix (we used Betty Crocker which requires one 1/2 cup of hot water)
- Creamy Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 to 1 lb of boneless chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)
- sweet red pepper (not much, just a few thinly cut slices)
- about 1/8 cup of chopped onion
- a smidge of garlic (flavor)
- a bit celery leaves (thinly chopped)
- a bit cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 whole tomato (small to medium sized)
-1 bag of Mozzarella Cheese
1. Cook the pepper, celery leaves, cilantro, garlic, and onion in oil over medium-low heat. Then added the chicken and about a 1/2 cup of water. Stirring often until the chicken is cooked all the way through, no pink.
2. Prepare the dough and spread onto cookie sheet, or what have you.
3. Spread 1 cup or less of Alfredo sauce.
4. Spread Chicken over the sauce. Add the tomatoes too. You can dice or slice the tomatoe...it's a personal preference.
5. Finely layer cheese over it and place in the oven for 14 minutes!
6. Take out, let it stand for 5 minutes.
7. Cut it and ENJOY! You're sure to LOVE this pizza, I feel stuffed writing abou it :D
